Being pegnant is such an amazing experience but can also put a lot of
strain on your body. A pregnancy massage can help you relief tension in your particular problem areas ( such as lower back, hips, neck and shoulders) as well
as help lowering stress levels. Specially designed pillows and positioning will be used during the massage to insure total comfort for the pregnant lady as well as safety for the unborn baby. Pregnancy massage is recommended 1 time per week or 2 times per month during the 2nd and 3rd trimester but can aslo be beneficial as a one-off luxury session.
